Spiderman: Far From Home - Illusion Battle 11

I had the privilege of vfx art directing the "Illusion Battle" in Spiderman: Far From Home, in what turned out to be a creative roller-coaster and a collaborative union of the Framestore art department and vfx.

These were done exploring a trippy sequence we called “Elephants on Parade” where things go quite whacky and surreal, and the pace picks up. It started with spidy firing a web, which looks like the eye symbol of Mysterio, to then be grabbed by a giant Mysterio hand, to reveal spidy crouching in his palm. I particularly enjoyed doing the palm one here.
